Please attach the entire “bad” print job to this refund application and submit it to the lab staff. Refund requests are verified against printing records and will be reviewed and processed within 1-2 days. If your request is approved, your Pharos Uniprint account will be credited. If your refund is denied, you will receive an email message explaining why. Refunds are granted for printing problems that are the fault of the lab hardware, lab staff, or the Uniprint software itself only . User errors, such as typos, printing the wrong document, or printing too many pages of the document will not be refunded.
