Helpdesk Summer Hours of Operation
The Helpdesk is the hub for all service issues, questions, troubleshooting and consultation. It is an EKU computer user’s first point of contact for most technical issues at EKU. We provide a wide array of information to the university community, and pride ourselves on our partnership with users to promptly resolve many problems over the telephone or diagnose and report these issues to the Desktop Support Team for on site resolution.
