Banner Password Information

How to change password in EKU PRODUCTION?

1. Click from “My Links” on right hand side, Change Banner Password
2. Enter current password in the Oracle Password field
3. Enter your “New” Password in the New Oracle Password field
   Alpha and/or numeric characters can be used Needs to be eight characters starting with alpha and including a numeric
4. Re-enter your “New” password in the Verify Password field Click ‘Save’ and Exit
   
   

How to change password in EKU DIRECT?

1. Login to EKU Direct
2. Click on Personal Information
3. Click Change Pin
   SECURITY NOTICE: Please ensure that your new pin does not consist exclusively of repeating digits (999999, 222222), a sequence of numbers in ascending or descending order (987654, 123456) or your birthdate. These are considered weak combinations and will not be allowed by the system.
4. Enter OLD Pin
5. Enter NEW Pin
6. RE-ENTER NEW Pin
7. Click Change Pin

How to change password in EPRINT?

1. Go to http://banweb.eku.edu/
2. Click on Banner Production Login
3. Log into Banner with USERNAME and PASSWORD
4. Click from “My Links” on right hand side, Change Banner Password
5. Enter current password in the Oracle Password field
6. Enter your “New” Password in the New Oracle Password field
   Alpha and/or numeric characters can be used
   Needs to be eight characters starting with alpha and including a numeric
7. Re-enter your “New” password in the Verify Password field
8. Click ‘Save’ and Exit

How to unlock your banner account? 

1. Contact Banner Security at 2-3000, Option 1
2. At the logon screen, enter user id and newly assigned password
3. Click OK at the “password has expired” prompt
4. Enter the assigned password in the Oracle Password field
5. Enter a “New” Password in the New Oracle Password field
   (Password must be at least eight characters, begin with alpha, include a
   number and previous 2 passwords can’t be used)
6. Re-enter your “New” password in the Verify Password field
7. Click ‘Save’ and Exit
