What is EKU Password Manager (EPM)?

EKU Password Manager provides users the ability to easily and securely manage their passwords. EPM is not meant to replace all password related calls to the helpdesk, it is provided to reduce helpdesk workload by allowing the end users to do the following:

  • EPM provides 24x7x365 access to the Self-service interface from most common browsers so that the user can manage or reset their Ekey password online.

  • Users can select from a list of E-key password related email notifications. These notifications can inform the user if their password has been reset, when their password is about to be expire, if there was an error related to their E-key password, and more.

  • Users can reset their E-key password or unlock their E-key account online. To do this they are prompted to answer a series of questions which the user previously provided when they initially logged into EPM.
    NOTE: Users must log in and register first.
