To start using Password Manager, you must create your personal Questions and Answers profile. Q&A profile is a series of questions that are presented to you later when you reset your forgotten password or unlock your account. To create or update your Q&A profile, you must provide your answers to these
questions and make sure that you are the only one who knows the correct answers.

Step 1.

• Login to https://ekeyreset.eku.edu
  
  
• Enter user name in the form of last name first initial

• Select My Questions and Answers Profile on the next screen

• Enter your E-key password
  
  
• To continue, click next.

Step 4.
