Telecommunications for Students

I want caller I.D., call waiting and 3-way calling on my campus phone.

How can I get it?

There are fees (per semester) for these added phone features:

• Caller ID ($20.00 a semester)
• 3-Way/Call Waiting ($10.00 a semester)
• All Services ($30.00 a semester)

To get any of these features added to your campus phone please do the following:

• Click the link below (it will open up the form in a new window).
• Print out the form that comes up.
• Fill out the form and sign it (make sure you fill everything out and select the features you want).
• Take this form to the Telecommunications Office in the Coates Building room 12.
  You could also mail the completed form by campus mail to: Coates Box 14A
