First Day with Intuity Audix (Voicemail)

We recommend you perform the following activities the first time you use AUDIX.

Activity 1:  LOG IN

A. Call 26691 to dial in to AUDIX and listen for the voice prompt.
B. Enter your extension (2XXXX) and "#." If you’re at your own telephone, just press "#."
C. Enter the initial default password followed by # if you know it. Otherwise e-mail Stacey.mays@eku.edu to obtain password.

Activity 2:  RECORD YOUR NAME

A. AUDIX will prompt you to press "1" and speak your name. At the sound of the tone, record your first and last name.
B. Press "1" after recording your name.
C. Press "2 then 3" to listen to your recorded name. If you are satisfied, press"#" to approve.
D. If you are unsatisfied with your recorded name, simply press "1" and return to step B.

Activity 3:  CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

A.	AUDIX will prompt you to change your password. Passwords must be 5 or more digits long. Enter your new password and the"#" sign
B.	AUDIX will prompt you to re-enter your password followed by the "#" sign.

Activity 4:  CREATE YOUR OWN GREETING

A.	Enter "3" to administer greetings.
B.	Enter "1" to create a greeting.
C.	Enter a greeting number (1-9).
D.	Record your greeting at the tone. When you have finished recording, press "1".
E.	Press "2 then 3" to review your greeting. If you are satisfied, press " # " or press " * D" to delete. Then press "1" and record again. Return to step D.
F.	Enter "1" to use this greeting for ALL calls.
